USAID, East Meets West Foundation Open First U.S.-funded Boarding School in Kon Tum Province. U.S. Ambassador Michael Michalak today joined representatives of the U.S. Agency for International Development (USAID), EMW, Kon Tum’s People's Committee and other local authorities to inaugurate the Kon Ray Ethnic Minority Boarding School in the central highlands of Vietnam.
